  • What deep hurt/resentment/grief are you carrying; why are you holding all this in? Are these things serving you in some way? How can you let them go?
  • Who/what do you need to love, accept and forgive? Why are you withholding forgiveness? If you forgive, what will open up for you/within you?
  • Chapter 4

  • Review your key lifestyle factors: diet, exercise, rest and so on. Are there any changes you feel you can make here?
  • Do you crave an adrenaline 'high'? If so, can you see the effect of being high on adrenaline all the time? How addicted are you to its buzz?
  • What are your 'feel-good' strategies to release endorphins in your body? How well do you balance the stress in your life with calm and tranquility?

  • To what extent do you see yourself as a victim?
  • What do you need to do to accept your situation?
  • What or who are you not being able to forgive?
  • What are you holding on to that you need to let go?
  • How do you release the block(s) within and allow love to flow in your life?
  • Can you trust God?
